Scott Waggoner - Founder & Chairman Mr. Waggoner has over 20 years experience in the high-tech industry, Mr. Waggoner’s skill-set covers a wide variety of business disciplines including operational management, technology development and integration, and business affiliated services development. Previously, Mr. Waggoner was CTO of The Zohouri Group LLC, and was responsible for technology initiatives supporting all of the Zohouri Group's subsidiaries.

Mark J. Latimer - Finance Mark Latimer has extensive strategic and operating experience in finance, mortgage, real estate and investments. He served in senior capacities at Freddie Mac, CalFed Inc., Security Sales & Trading Group and Beacon Pointe Advisors. At Freddie Mac, Mr. Latimer is credited with building its fastest growing business unit from $2.0 billion to $140 billion. He managed the company’s $60 billion Investment Portfolio and oversaw its Asset/Liability Management Strategies. Mr. Latimer served as the Company’s primary liaison to Wall Street. He currently is President of Baypointe Management, Inc. and is associated with Corus Home Realty and Land Equity Partners. Mr. Latimer earned his BS and MBA from University of Southern California and JD from Loyola Law School.

Kevin Lawry - Senior VP of Technology Mr. Lawry is currently responsible for overseeing the technology and development initiatives for Visient and its clients, relying on over ten years of dedicated programming and IT industry experience. His technology knowledge is extensive with specialties in Internet technologies and methodologies. Possessing a degree in Business Management and Computer Systems from Grove City College (currently ranked #3 college in northern US), his professional experience ranges from independent consulting to small Internet start-up companies, to large global entities like G.E.

Scott Wortmann - Sales Scott Wortmann has over 20 years of experience in the technology field and prior to coming to Visient he served as Director of Sales at Real Property Information Systems, a leading provider of real estate data aggregation services and productivity software. He is currently responsible for managing the sales efforts at Visient. Mr. Wortmann's experience in the technology arena also includes five years managing the strategic sales and marketing initiatives for Retrieval Dynamics Corporation, a leading provider of wireless applications for the real estate industry.

Angel Gonzalez - Software Technology Mr. Gonzalez is a Process Design expert with extensive experience in implementing enterprise solutions. His experience includes integrating Morgan Stanley's U.S. domestic offices for operational management, charge-back capturing and productivity reporting. Mr. Gonzalez has extensive multi-lingual project deployment expertise including international exposure in Latin America and several other countries, including London, Thailand and South Africa. Most recently, Mr. Gonzalez has been consulting to Fortune 1000 companies and the federal government enabling these entities to streamline operations and increase productivity.

Ira Luntz - Strategic Initiatives Mr. Luntz has spent over twenty years as a nationally recognized expert in the field of real estate information systems, including software design and system integration. Also, Ira was co-inventor of the first Broker Listing Management system know as RADIX, which is in use by Burnett Realty in Minneapolis.Today, he serves as a Director of the Real Estate Information Professionals Association (REIPA).
